Project Karo is a residential project that was completed in six weeks at Chevy View, Chevron.
Project PEJ which signifies the short form of our clients, a home owned by three brothers. Designing his space was a rollercoaster being that we had to work with three different mindsets in order to actualize this space. Every space has a different vibe and story it portrays, all three possess very strong personalities and they wanted us to define them accordingly. The project was completed in a space of 2 months, located at Ajah. A 5-bedroom duplex with automated furnishings done by the team (LIINTERIORS)
This particular project took us to Ondo, Akure which happens to be our first time in the city. A five-bedroom duplex, we loved every bit of this project. Contemporary and minimalist designs were adapted in this space. Period of completion (2 months ).
Project Bakare, located at Agungi Lekki. A four-bedroom duplex which we completed in a space of 6 weeks. We handled every aspect of this project from finishing to furnishing playing around contemporary and royal designs for this project.

This is project Gh, a short form for hair by GINIKA . It is a commercial project that focuses on hair retail and installations. We focused on the reception, workers’ office, the installation room, and the CEO’s office. This project took us 6- 8 weeks to deliver
Project Sagamu as the name implies it is located in Sagamu , Ogun state . This is a 5 bedroom duplex project which we started from carcass stage. Every room is this project has a personality to uphold, we made sure every elements played a major role in describing our client’s personality.
Eat with Mimi is a restaurant located in the heart of Lekki , Ikate to be precised. This is a commercial project which was executed in a space of 2 months , we handled the main restaurant, the mini lounge , the private lounge and the CEO’s office .
Project Van Daniel, a 4 bedroom duplex with a room which we turned into a functional closet for our client’s partner. Our client just got this property and needed the very best to bring his dreams into a reality and who other to call if not LIINTERIORS.
Monada is a shortlet project located at Ikate, Lekki. A three bedroom apartment ready to accommodate any soul who is ready to experience luxury, functional and an elegant space . We played with a pop of color for the living and worked with different themes for the bedrooms.
Project Revbent is a commercial project we designed in the heart of Orchid. A real estate luxurious company which focuses on sourcing the best home for their client. Our client’s brief was quite straight forward we should make the place feel like home and cozy. We designed the CEO’s office , manager’s office , conference room, staff office and reception area.
Project Mimi is a 5 bedroom luxurious home we designed in Lagos , Nigeria. A residential space which focuses on high end pieces , most of the pieces used in this space were all sourced from our partners in Turkey. This space was quite unique because we were opportune to design an in house saloon area for our introverted client. Look at for the masters bedroom for this project , it is mind blowing.

Project Veekee, this project is for a celebrity who makes one of the best outfits in Africa. We designed this home for the Ateres, they are very simple people who love to have enough leg room due to the nature of their jobs. The dining room keeps making wave for us.
Project Westend is a short let project we designed in lekky county homes. We had to consider functionality and longevity while designing this project, the space will be hosting a lot of guest over time so we needed a space that can stand any form of havoc. Picking the right theme and materials to work with was the taking aspect of this job. All the same we created MAGIC as usual 🤍
